December 15, 2011 Little John I like using a batch file to clear out my print queue. Once you clear the printer queue, you should be able to delete the printer from your system. Save a line and del c:\%winroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.* There shouldn't be anything in that folder besides print jobs, thus all can be deleted. not connected directly to your computer.
When restart again print all the jobs. You Cancel, Delete, Remove the print job, yet it still remains in the queue. Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them. Great!
