note: our Cisco ASA configured before 4 years and working 100%. After reboot, I still have exactly the same issue. Definitely 64-bit and Windows 8.1 when we first got it (we didn't have to upgrade from 8 ourselves).
I connected via LAN instead of wifi as well, no use. After the REGEDIT change it works like a charm! Same version, 5.0.07.0290.It will probably work tomorrow, and possibly after several reboots and/or powering off/on, but it's extremely persistent whenever it does happen.Let me know if I can help with analysis.
