If this procedure does not work, run the following command from cmd: reg add HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters /v ArpRetryCount /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f Then reboot. I have Win 8.1, and none of the other suggestions worked for me (disable signed drivers, changing registry display value, deterministic network fix) I just imported my cisco .pcs file Reply Also, can you confirm what build you are on? note: our Cisco ASA configured before 4 years and working 100%. After reboot, I still have exactly the same issue. Definitely 64-bit and Windows 8.1 when we first got it (we didn't have to upgrade from 8 ourselves).

I connected via LAN instead of wifi as well, no use. After the REGEDIT change it works like a charm! Same version, will probably work tomorrow, and possibly after several reboots and/or powering off/on, but it's extremely persistent whenever it does happen.Let me know if I can help with analysis. I'm not sure whether that fixed or not cause I had tried that already. This will bring up the network control panel. I am not worthy! I'm going to start with the successful version and apply the reg fix if needed.
