On the second case, well, it's the other way. Should "project1.exe" be the name of your executable? the instructions for setting the paths don't describe what I see under options->Tools.

If that does not work, the problem can be resolved by replacing the file VBA.DLL in the Visual Basic folder with the following file VBA.DLL (this has NOT been fully regression i cant find it when i browse my computer, but when i try to open it in c++ there is a little lock on the folder...
